Our Delivery Policy

We are a product design, development and management team. Production times and shipping costs that apply to our items are set by partner companies and service providers. Given the case, L'AGUATERO will apply shipping costs depending on the delivery destination, taking as a reference the rates offered by logistics operators, which can sometimes mean an added cost for additional items. When adding items from different categories and collections to the same shopping cart, the shipping cost will be calculated according to the characteristics of the package and the total number of items purchased.

Shipping costs for orders with 2 or more items and delivery in Spain* are FREE

***Free shipping in the EU for purchases of three or more products.

Shipping costs are approximate. To know the real cost, you have to follow the ordering process. We recommend that you add the products to the basket to see the exact shipping costs on the order summary page.

Except for special promotions, shipping costs will always apply or not, depending on the purchase volume.

*Does not apply to shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla due to the new customs policy.

**Please Note** Customers ordering internationally may be required to pay shipping fees such as customs charges, duties, VAT or other fees.

***Shipping on holidays*** Due to the difficulties of the international logistics market, shipping costs are subject to change to help ensure that all orders are delivered in time for any holiday such as Christmas or New Year.

We offer a series of options and delivery times for orders placed through L'AGUATERO and associated service providers, considering the characteristics of the order and the destination. This information will be shown in the basket before confirming the order so that you can choose the option that best suits your needs.

*Express Shipping: We process your order with priority so that you can enjoy it as soon as possible. This option has an additional cost that will depend on the destination where the items will be sent and the rates of specialized logistics agencies.

·      For shipments within Spain (Peninsula) the additional cost would be €4.90.

·      For shipments within the EU the additional cost would be €7.90.

·      For shipments outside the EU the additional cost would be €12.57.

- If the order is placed before 5:00 p.m. according to Central European Time Zone (GMT+1), we guarantee that it will be shipped the same day, except weekends and holidays, or if it includes any decoration product non-textile.

- If the order is placed after 5:00 p.m. according to Central European Time Zone (GMT+1), we guarantee that it will be shipped the next day, except weekends and holidays.

Shipping times outside the EU

Orders destined outside the EU territory will arrive within 15 to 20 business days (production + shipping).

• Express Shipping is also available for certain products manufactured to be shipped outside the European Union. If the product is eligible for this shipping option, you will see it indicated by the RUSH symbol on the shipping method selection page before completing the purchase.

If you select Express Shipping, orders will arrive within 5-10 business days.

**Unfortunately, tracking is currently not available for orders shipped to countries outside of the EU.

Unfortunately, we currently do not have tracking methods for shipments outside the EU territory, a technology that we will soon integrate.

Note: At this time, we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

ATTENTION: On Saturdays and holidays no shipments or deliveries will be made.

COVID-19 Update

Due to the impact of the COVID-19 virus, we have temporarily suspended shipments to countries whose contagion rate exceeds the figures recommended by the WHO to be considered a safe zone in terms of commercial activity and the free movement of people. L’AGUATERO services for those countries or areas will be restored as the pandemic situation improves and the contagion rate is reduced to acceptable levels for the recovery of social and commercial normality.

To the following countries: Antigua and Barbuda, Algeria, Azerbaijan, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Bermuda, Bolivia, Brunei, Darussalam, Costa Rica, Curacao, Dominica, Fiji, Grenada, Guadeloupe, Guyana, French Guiana, Haiti, Honduras, Cayman, Jamaica, Laos, Lebanon, Martinique, Mongolia, Nicaragua, Panama, Papua New Guinea, French Polynesia, Samoa, Saint Lucia, Sint Maarten, Suriname, Suriname, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Tuvalu, Uganda, Uzbekistan, Vanuatu, Venezuela.
