Our environmental impact

We define our products using textile, ceramic and synthetic support articles that are optimal for printing, manufactured from top quality raw materials. We are interested in the use of eco-sustainable printing technologies and we demand printing methods in which biodegradable inks are used without affecting the quality of the colors and the durability of the prints.

We ensure and promote respect for the environment by using support products made from natural raw materials that have and easy process of biodegradation. We work with the objective of not causing a negative impact on the environment, at the same time that we put into practice and at the same time that we demand the same procedure from our members, partners and collaborators.

We have been very concerned with the development and application of our own ecological agenda since the company's inception. The fashion industry dumps millions of tons of solid waste into landfills around the world every year. One of the fundamental characteristics of our business model based on production on demand, in line with the most recent changes in our society, is to provide meaningful solutions to reduce waste and waste.

We manufacture from the moment a properly made order is received. This mechanism allows us to avoid producing without control and creating surplus stocks, obtaining only those items and products that are required to supply the customer.

We strive not to create stockpiles of unusable items due to damaged products, printing errors, or returns. It is a positive fact that L'AGUATERO maintains very low surplus, waste and reject ratios but, if necessary, our team has mechanisms to reuse, recycle or donate said material whenever possible, doable and appropriate.

The use of supports and base products made from natural fibers and materials that are 100% recyclable, printing using ecological inks is one more of our initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of our activity.

The quality of the raw material of our products prevents it from having to be discarded in the short term, since its useful life is designed so that its usability is prolonged over time. A product manufactured with a quality base avoids, among other things, that it has to be discarded shortly after being purchased, thus reducing the percentage of waste generated.

Printing with digital technology and ecofriendly inks is part of our production methodological base. This productive policy contributes to counteract the polluting effects that can occur during the decomposition process. Once the useful life of the article is over, when it is discarded, it does not generate chemicals or remains that later affect the environment and ecosystem.
